- 35ml of Greenall’s Wild Berry Gin
- 15ml elderflower liqueur
- 5ml of sugar syrup (mix sugar and hot water in equal parts until clear)
- Sicilian lemonade
- Rosemary to garnish
Add Greenall’s Wild Berry to glass.
Add elderflower liqueur and sugar syrup.
Fill glass with ice and top up with Sicilian lemonade.
Slap a rosemary sprig to “wake it up” and use to garnish
