Herb Garden

Made using our classic London Dry Gin handcrafted by England's oldest gin distillery since 1761.

Ingredients

50ml Greenall’s
1 sprig rosemary
3 thyme sprigs
5 mint leaves
20ml simple syrup
20ml lemon juice

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice, and strain over cubed ice in a large tumbler, there is no need to strip the herbs from the stem, as the woody parts will remain in the shaker.

Garnish with sprigs of mint, thyme and rosemary.
