Ingredients
- 35ml of Greenall’s Blood Orange and Fig Gin
- 20ml pink grapefruit juice
- 10ml agave syrup
- Handful of raspberries
- Prosecco and aromatic tonic
Method
Add Greenall’s Blood Orange and Fig to glass.
Add pink grapefruit juice, agave syrup followed by a handful of raspberries.
Fill glass with ice then top with equal parts prosecco and aromatic tonic.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit
