Greenall’s Gin & Tonic

50ml Greenall’s The Original London Dry Gin
100ml high quality tonic water
2 wedges of lime

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice
  2. Squeeze one of the wedges of lime over the ice
  3. Pour in the Greenall’s Gin and top up with tonic water
  4. Garnish with the second lime wedge

Greenall’s Basil Smash

50ml Greenall’s Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
8 torn fresh basil leaves

Method

  1. Add basil to the base of a cocktail shaker and muddle gently
  2. Add remaining ingredients and shake over ice
  3. Strain over an ice-filled rock glass

Wild Berry Flora Dora

40ml Greenall’s Wild Berry Gin
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Raspberry Syrup
Ginger Beer

Method

  1. Build all ingredients in a high ball glass over ice.
  2. Churn, top with Ginger Beer and serve

The Queen’s Tipple

30ml Greenall’s Gin
60ml Dubonnet
1 lemon slice

 

Method

  1. Pour the Greenall’s Gin and Dubonnet into a mixing glass
    with ice cubes and stir well.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Add the lemon slice
  4. Top with two ice cubes

Greenall’s Mojito

60ml Greenall’s Gin
22ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
15ml Sugar syrup
12 fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Lightly muddle the mint leaves in the base of a glass. Add gin lime juice and sugar.
  2. Half fill glass with crushed ice and stir with bar spoon. Fill glass with more crushed ice and stir some more.
  3. Top with soda, stir and serve with straws.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig
